Terms Of Service, please read all before commissioning me
- DO NOT USE MY ART FOR NFTS OR FEEDING AI IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE BLACK LISTED! i do not support nor condole NFTS, AI generated images or anything else remotely along those lines no exceptions.- DO NOT STEAL, TRACE OR CLAIM MY ART YOU WILL BE BLACK LISTED.- Credit my art when you use it.- payments are done via Paypal Invoice, if this option isn't viable to you other options can be discussed such as Ko-Fi.- Clear images/ref sheets must be provided for non refsheet commissions.- commissions take 2-3 weeks to complete from the moment they are paid for in full. commissions will not be started until they are paid for completely.- I will update you throughout the commission with WIPs and if there is any delays or other happenings that may affect how long it takes me to do your commission.- do not commission me to draw in a style that is not mine.- i will not draw characters you stole or draw ocs that look too similar to others i have seen.- Do not be disrespectful towards me or ghost me.- Corrections can be asked for with the art but only in the sketch stage or line art stage you can have corrections done at other stages but it heavily depends on what the correction is- Keep in mind i struggle with drawing more feminine figures specifically busty/curvy figures so i prefer to avoid drawing characters like that my apologies.- NON REFUNDABLE i don't usually do refunds so if your commissioning me you better be sure about it as a small artist and someone who tends to work quick on things depending on the circumstances there's no way i can do a refund- If you buy an adopt from me you're not allowed to resell it for a higher price than what you bought it for. However if you got a lot of art done of that character you are allowed to make the price higher based on the extra art you got of them.- If you buy an adopt from me that is specifically designed as being LGBTQIA and is labeled as such you aren't allowed to change those features if you are confused abotu this rule feel free to ask me about it.- If you buy an adopt from me do not claim you designed the character you will be blacklisted, if i designed the character i exspect to be credited for my work.- I as the artist maintain the right to revoke your ownership of any characters/adopts I have gifted to people, if my TOS is broken.- Do not manipulate or change art you receive from me, be that Adopt refs or commissioned pieces, of gifted art and adopt refs. This involves not removing my Signature by earsing or cropping of the image (exception only when image is cropped and zoomed in for PFP only). Do not draw on my art, do not add to my art, do not edit my art, this is because my art or adopts when purchased are an example of my work and when that is manipulated with it's a misrepresentation of my work. Removing my Signature on the other hand is removing my credits which is a violation of my TOS.- All artwork, adopts and designs must be credited regardless of relationship between client and artist, this includes even if ties between artist and client have been cut. Failure to comply is a violation of TOS.- Ownership of characters/adopts is only belonging to the client if they have purchased or traded for the character. The only things falling under this is if a purchase has been made through PayPal and Ko-Fi with a trail to show the purchase was made specifically related to the art or adopt being purchased. Trade only counts for things such as trading characters or art for adopts or art by the artist. Anything outside of these does not class as officially purchasing a adopt or art.- When ownership has been revoked from you for a adopt that was gifted not purchased, for breaking TOS, you must comply and remove the character from any refsheet, toyhouse or similar pages, with or without being requested to do so. You do not own the character anymore due to failure to follow TOS, so must remove anywhere that shows or implies ownership over the character.- by purchasing, trading or accepting gifts of art or characters from me you are agreeing to all of the TOS listed above.
